Hello Reader, this quarter has been full of Command updates from KWRI and I've summarized the biggest ones for you in this month's edition of Tech News You Can Use. Read on to learn about the all-new Agent Sites, Team Sites, Contact Merge, Database Cleanup, & Command app updates.

All-New Agent Websites

Teams, we didn't forget about you - NEW TEAM WEBSITES launched yesterday

Team websites have just launched and you can do all the same things individual agent sites can do and more. Rainmakers have a new Team Marketing Profile to ensure everyone on the team has uniform branding, plus you can create your Meet the Team page to feature everyone on the team. Learn more here.

1. Create a Meet the Team page
2. Add additional partners
3. Add team vendors
4. Agent Referral links keeping the contact with the assigned agent
5. Open House sign-ins via the team website
6. New lead routing options
7. And more...

Contact Merge

You can now select two contacts and use the bulk action "Merge" to create one consolidated contact! Have you ever found the same contact is in your database twice? Well, now you can merge them together rather than copy and paste the important info between them. Learn how here.

Database Cleanup

We now have the ability to identify and merge duplicate contacts in Command with this new tool, which you can find in your Command Settings > Contacts > Database Cleanup.

It will look for duplicate contacts based on their Name, Email, or Phone number and then give you the option to Ignore or Merge the duplicates and select which one to keep as the primary contact info.

Command Mobile App

The newest version of the Command App (Version 2.3) has four new features so update now if you haven't yet.

What's New: Add/Remove Neighborhoods on Contacts When importing contacts you can select "Not already imported" Add Tags upon contact import 201+ Profile Badge once you have at least 201 contacts Bulk Action increased from 50 to 500
